1- 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
2 boxes Devil's Food cake mix
2 egg
2 boxes Devil's Food cake mix
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl beat butter and cream cheese together until soft and fluffy. Add cake mix and mix just until blended. Beat in eggs one at a time making sure each one is completely mixed. Shape dough by rounded tablespoons into balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart.

Bake for 8-10 minutes and the center are almost set. Let cool for 10 minutes. Spread each cookie with a thin layer of marshmallow cream. With a brulee torch lightly toast marshmallow then sprinkle immediately with graham cracker crumbs.
