This delightful combination of milk chocolate and buttery white chocolate is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup Confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
3/4 cup flour
1 cup milk chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 325-degrees. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Beat in milk and flour. Stir in milk chocolate chips. Drop by rounded spoonsful onto baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
In small microwave-proof bowl, melt white chocolate chips according to package instructions. Drizzle melted white chocolate evenly over tops of baked cookies.
