This is a recipe given to me by my Grandma and it's a tradition for us to have them every year at Christmas. They are no bake cookies and easy for the kids to help out with too

Ingredients:
12 oz. package vanilla wafers
1 lb confectioners sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
14 oz. flaked coconut
6 oz can frozen orange juice (thawed)

Crush vanilla wafers finely.

Add confectioners sugar, nuts, margarine, 3/4 cup coconut, and orange juice. Mix well and cool in the refrigerator.

Form into 1" balls and roll in remaining coconut.
