My Mom gave me this recipe years ago. They are rich and delicious and NO BAKE!!!!

1 cup chocolate chips
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/2 cup rum
2 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped nuts, I like walnuts for this
additional powdered sugar to roll balls in, maybe 3/4 cup

Cooking Instructions:

Melt chocolate chip in a double boiler over hot water.

Add corn syrup and Rum.

Combine vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, and nuts.

Mix all together, let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Shape into 1 inch balls.

Roll in powdered sugar.

Let ripen in refridgerator for 3 days.

I usually put these in a zip lock bag before I put in fridge
